Teen Invention Charges Phone in 20 Seconds

Eighteen years old Eesha Khare shares her invention in the field nano-chemistry, wherein you can charge your phone in barely 20 seconds. Your hours of waiting just to gain a few power for your mobile phone battery can dramatically shoot up in less than half a minute.
Khare already won the Intel Foundation Young Scientist Award of $50,000 for inventing a tiny energy storage device.

Khare's invention is called supercapacitor. It has a mechanism that is able to take in a lot of energy in a very limited space. It can also charge very quickly and store such power for a very long time.

Normal charge-recharge cycle is 1,000 while Eesha's invention does 10,000.
