Pacquiao tops worst attendance in Congress

Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao topped the list of Philippine legislators with the worst total number of absences in congress sessions, based on data from July 2010 to June 2013.
Sharing the same spot is re-elected Negros Occidental Rep. Jules Ledesma.

Albeit listed also as the richest congressman in the year 2012 with a networth of P1.77 billion, Pacquiao missed 60 congress sessions; He attended 108 out of 168 sessions.

Ranking 3rd, 4th and 5th are Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo; her son Ang Galing Pinoy Party-list Rep. Mikey Arroyo; and Pampanga Rep. Carmelo Lazatin.
