Visayas and Mindanao warned vs floods and landslides

Philippine's weather forecasting bureau warned Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) residents against potential floods and landslides as low pressure area (LPA) lingers in the regions.
According to weather agency (PAGASA), the LPA may also bring rains by next week. Meanwhile, PAGASA forecaster Alvin Pura said:
Sa Metro Manila maulap lang tayo (pero) bukas at sa darating na araw maaring (maapektuhan) tayo ng LPA
Advisories of PAGASA state:
The Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flash floods and landslides
Residents in these areas are advised to take all the necessary precautionary measures
PAGASA also issued warning to residents of Zambales, Pampanga and Batangas that a thunderstorm may also occur sometime soon in the weekend and onwards.

All were advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
