Chinese General calls Philippines a troublemaker

After calling the US biased due to its massive collaboration with the Philippines, Chinese Major General Luo Yuan referred to Philippines as "Troublemaker". Lou said:
The role of the Philippines in the South China Sea is actually, in my view, a troublemaker
While Manila accused China of massively building up its presence in the sea, the latter is still firm in its stand over ownership of the entire South China Sea.

The Philippines is holding onto a claim where it owns some parts of the South China Sea (West Philippine Sea), within the premises of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

The same area of dispute is also being clung by Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia and Taiwan claiming they also own a part of the South China Sea.
