Edward Snowden on board Bolivia President's plane

This assumption came in strong from the US in order to get a hold of its citizen Edward Snowden, who is believed to have been on board the Bolivian Presidential plane.
Bolivian President Evo Morales' plane was stopped on Tuesday in Vienna to address the United States' request to extradite Snowden. Bolivia foreign minister David Choquehuanca told Telesur television:
The United States sent us a note in which it asks for the extradition of its citizen Edward Snowden should he be in Bolivia
Choquehuanca said, he is yet to read the notes of the US in full but rest assured that La Paz would review the diplomatic note before reaching any decision.

Washington, US had asked that Snowden be returned from any country he maybe. State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters:
We've broadly asked for Mr. Snowden to be returned from any country where he may be, where he may land, where he may transit
Edward Snowden has been treated as a state fugitive, following his alleged leakage of some US intelligence items.
