Explosive detonated at the wharf of underground river, Puerto Princesa

This morning came with a rather scary news - a bomb-like explosive was detonated at the wharf of famous tourist spot, underground river in Puerto Princesa. Authorities took control of the situation at around 8:20 am.
The Puerto Princesa Underground River (PPUR) thereby cancelled all travels booked for the subterranean river.

While there are no details yet given by the management of PPUR, New park manager Elizabeth Maclang said, what happened looked like a scare tactic.

Police authorities of Puerto Princesa are now conducting investigation of the bomb detonation.

Puerto Princesa underground river is found at about 50 km north of the city center. The subterranean river is also known by the name St. Paul Underground River.
