Janet Napoles surrenders to PNOY

Janet Napoles finally surrenders to President Aquino on August 28, Wednesday at 9:37 p.m. Napoles has been wanted on charges of illegal detention of her whistle blower Benhur Luy.
This much-sought surrender of P10-billion "pork barrel" scam suspect Napoles has been around in various news lines, in the past days. She surrendered hours after a P10-million bounty for the person who could relay an information on her whereabouts, thus a lead for possible arrest.

Malacanang in an official statement:
At 9:37 p.m on August 28, Janet Napoles surrendered to President Aquino. Napoles is wanted on charges of serious illegal detention arising from the alleged kidnapping of Benhur Luy.
The President turned her over to the custody of Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas and Philippine National Police Director-General Alan Purisima for processing and booking.
About two weeks ago, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) went on to hunt for Janet Lim-Napoles (JLN) after a Makati court issued an arrest warrant.

People are now asking, who gets the P10-million bounty, now that JLN has turned herself over to the President?

Are you happy or perhaps, relieved of sort because Napoles has been captured? What is your take on this latest news?
