Janet Napoles being hunted by NBI, Makati court issued arrest warrant

The cue ball to hunt down Napoles has been rolled out after Makati court issued an arrest warrant this afternoon. Business woman Janet Lim-Napoles is suspected of being the brain in the controversial P10-billion pork barrel scam. Her brother is also linked in the case for allegedly kidnapping whistle blower Benhur Luy.
According to Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a case, with no bail, before the Makati City Regional Trial Court for the illegal detention of Luy sometime in December last year.
Warrants of arrest (were) issued this afternoon by Br. 150, RTC-Makati vs Janet Lim Napoles and her brother Reynald 'Jojo' Lim in the serious illegal detention case
But as of yet, no one has been charged for the pork barrel scam.

Luy's legal counsel Levito Baligod said:
Prevailing allegations say, Napoles detained Benhur Luy in her condominium unit in Taguig City for three months.

NBI is now ready to serve the arrest warrant.
