Tropical depression Nando might hit PH

Tropical depression "Nando" might be coming in, next to storm Maring, weather bureau indicated as per latest observations and findings.
According to a 5:00PM weather forecast by PAGASA, tropical depression NANDO is located at 250km east of Borongan City with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center. Estimate says it will be moving towards north northwest at 13 kph.

Eastern Visayas including Bicol region are seen to experience cloudy skies with rains ranging from moderate to heavy showers. Almost similar weather condition will be over Metro Manila, central luzon, Calabarzon and MIMAROPA.

Thunderstorm is affecting #Zambales (Sta Cruz, Candelaria), portions of #NuevaEcija and #Tarlac within 2 hours.
