Alec Baldwin on MSNBC to host late night talk show

55-year old Emmy Award winner Alec Baldwin will be hosting a late night current events and culture talk show on MSNBC, from October.
Baldwin will be handling "Up Late w/Alec Baldwin" on MSNBC network, slated every 10-11 p.m. ET.

Baldwin commented about his previous hosting gigs:
After two seasons of my WNYC podcast, I've developed a fondness for hosting a show that involved talking with smart, talented and engaging people in every imaginable field
I'm grateful to MSNBC for helping me bring a similar show to television
The MSNBC management says Baldwin is indeed going to be a great addition to the network's line up since he has the great passion in knowing what's going on with the world.
