Floyd Mayweather gets a record $41.5 million for fighting Alvarez

Floyd Mayweather is expected to take home a record $41.5 million after a fight with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez on September 14, 2013. This is so far the biggest pay in boxing history, toppling down Evander Holyfield's $33 million in 1997.
If you can recall, Floyd Mayweather earned $32 million when he fought and won over Robert Guerrero. The same amount he got when he beat Miguel Cotto last year.

After the fight with Alvarez, Mayweather will be labeled as the highest paid boxing athlete in the world, earning a total of $73.5 million. He will be top the money-maker in the ring sports arena.

I hope so ..I think it has an opportunity, but if it's going to happen in the end, I don't know. But one thing I know- it's a big fight. No matter where you look you see all these signs that lead to something good ..It all leads to elevating boxing.
