Apparently, the move of McDonald's to end the tie with the leading condiment provider Heinz is due to a management change. The fast food chain indicated that the latest moves of Heinz put the company close to competitor Burger King.

Could this be a big blow to Heinz industry? Well, McDonald's said, things will not be that grand as it only uses Heinz ketchup in two (2) US markets, Minneapolis and Pittsburgh.

There is no statement, yet when it comes to the immediate move of the local franchises of McDonald's in the foreign countries.
