With help and cooperation from the local government units, particularly disaster and relief management officials, OWWA plans to conduct programs that will help the quake victims re-establish their lives.

Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said, the OWWA can render welfare missions, including counseling services to the affected residents of Cebu and Bohol.
