I love Arroz Caldo. I remember eating this growing up in Manila. I've been in the USA for 27 years and I can still taste it.

Haven't eaten an Arroz Caldo for a while and I think these restos in Metro Manila offer the best Arroz Caldo in the metro! Though I haven't tried them all. :D

I've tried Razon's and Goto King but for me,nothing beats my Mom's Arroz Caldo. She has that secret ingredient that makes the dish more delectable. Maybe, because it's being prepared and cooked with labor of love.

I'm not a big fan of arroz caldo :) Siguro kasi I grew up in a family who doesn't really prepare one during cold days. Hehehe But I only eat one when my friends invite me to go with them.
