World's largest animal (fossils) to walk on earth unearthed in Argentina

The fossils of the world's biggest animal - a dinosaur have been discovered in Argentina. Grouped into the species of the 'Titanosaur', the said animals would have weighed 77 tons or at least 155,000 pounds.

This is so far the grandest animal, among the giants to have walked on earth, said Paleontologists Dr. Jose Luis Carballido and Dr. Diego Pol to BBC.
Given the size of these bones, which surpass any of the previously known giant animals, the new dinosaur is the largest animal known that walked on Earth
Carbaillido called their finding a '..true paleontological treasure'.

To have an idea on how big the new dinosaur is, it can be juxtaposed with the visual size or weight of a T-Rex, which is about 7 tons. That's approximately a 70-tons weight difference.

The new dinosaur specie will be named after the region where it was found and the farmers who first saw the paleontological item.
