Typhoon Neoguri expected to become super typhoon on Monday: List of regions affected

Typhoon Neoguri (Florita) is seen to intensify into a super typhoon on Monday, as it approaches Japan, local weather monitoring group reported.

Florita is expected to hit the country on Monday afternoon; It may affect portions of Visayas and Luzon.

The typhoon may register a 250 kilometers per hour (kph) sustained winds. For a super typhoon to be called as such, it must register a one-minute sustained winds of at least 240 kph.

In an update posted by Weather Philippines, Neoguri is fast approaching Philippines. It is calculated to enhance the Southwest Monsoon (Hanging Habagat), thus;
..cloudy conditions w/ occasional rains and gusty winds (not exceeding 50 kph) across Visayas and Luzon
Also, there will be frequent:
..heavy monsoon rains along MiMaRoPa, Panay including Guimaras, and Negros Occidental today through Monday
As Florita is about to hit Japan in full, residents, including visitors or areas in 'Okinawa, Ryukyus, Taiwan and Southern Japan' are advised to monitor local weather news and updates.

3-day forecast for Typhoon Neoguri (Florita):
..expected to continue moving northwestward during the next 24 hours...with a sharp turn towards the north-northwest to north through 48 hours, and will recurve north-northeast by 72 hours. On the forecast track, the typhoon will move across the North Philippine Sea on Monday and will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Tuesday morning. Neoguri will be passing close to the west of Okinawa on Tuesday afternoon and will be moving into the Yellow Sea towards Western Kyushu on Wednesday afternoon. 
Neoguri (Florita) is expected to continue strengthening for the next 24 to 36 hours...and could become a Super Typhoon on Monday. By 72 hours, the dangerous typhoon may start to weaken as it enters the cooler sea surface temperatures of the Yellow Sea. Advance Intensity Forecast (AIF) shows its 1-minute maximum sustained winds increasing to 260 kph by early Monday morning.
