A weather bureau and its technical expertise are one of the tandems a vigilant resident would basically rely in terms of risk information and updates.

Within that premise, a technical team must be fully aware or at least very familiar with the tools used in any elementary data analysis.

While many of us probably know that Google system uses a map engine to operate and share maps online, this particular PAGASA personnel must be new to the agency's pool of technical tools and techniques.

Hence, perhaps out of excitement, he Tweeted the following:

As noticed and featured by COOLBUSTER, the Tweet 'was immediately removed'. It left an impression that the said employee is not familiar of the mapping tool.
