Philippines Bureau of Customs

Suspect Aristotle Tumala was arrested after receiving P7,000 in marked money, GMA Network reported.

The tip came from two student-trainees of a brokerage company. Tumala termed the bribe as "ulo ng aso" (dog's head). It was meant for a tax-exempt shipment valued at about $2 million.

The locally invented jargon "ulo ng aso" refers to P1,000 (Philippine Peso).

In an interview with GMA News, Dep. Comm. Dellosa said:
Ginagawa natin ito para at least ma-reform natin yung Bureau of Customs, para at least lahat ng gumagawa ng mga mali dito, maituwid natin
