LOOK: Mom in England finds a 'monster' in a can of tuna

A 28-year-old mom in England reportedly got the surprise of her life when she found a 'monster' inside a can of Princes tuna she opened.

Princes Tuna Chunks is being manufactured by Princes Group, a manufacturing company based in Liverpool, England.

In a post made by Zoe Butler on Twitter, dated January 26 (Mon), she addressed Nottingham Post as:

"@NottinghamPost can you tell me what this is? Nearly fed this to my children!! From Princes tuna chunks can"

Butler to Nottingham Post:
I opened the top of the lid and saw a purply thing, a gut sack or intestine - then I turned it round and pushed it with a fork and saw it looking back at me
"It's got like a spiny tail along the bottom - it's quite grim.. I dropped the fork, jumped back, screamed a bit and shouted for my nan to come and have a look.", Butler added.

Butler's grandmother described the Princes tuna can scary surprise as:
It's a little red and has eyes, bright black, looking at you. We did manage to ascertain that it was dead.
Zoe also sent a message to Daily Mail UK:

The strange creature found in the canned good has already been sent to a lab to investigate and find out what it is.

Looking at the Twitter page of Butler, it seems like there are no updates yet, whatsoever.

A lot of people sent their opinions on what the foreign thing inside the tuna can might be.

Some said, it's like a tuna egg that didn't hatch.

It looks like a baby crab with lost legs, said Vendrame Lionel (@vendramelionel).

"..it actually looks like the head of a developing baby sea turtle." - @SolorioAmy

"This is a copepod. A type of marine "insect" in laymens terms..." - @docvarmint

"My guess is a blowfish fetus?... Thats mine anyway, haha." - @AcidFairyUk

Employ extra vigilance when opening your canned goods at home. They might contain something like this 'monster' thing.
