MUST WATCH: Old man singing old R&B joined by performers from around the world

R&B got classics and they are gems for the keep! Take a dip on this genre by watching our featured video of the day, wherein an old man street performer in the name of Roger Ridley gets to jam with fellow street artists from around the world.

The music collaboration of sort was a project initiated by Mark Johnson and Whitney Kroenke in 2002. The partners named the undertaking "Playing For Change". Basically, it is a movement that seeks to unite musicians from all over the globe.

Mark and Whitney skillfully layered in the films they took from different countries / locations showing street performers, and they came up with Mr. Ridley as the base singer for a video project.

Ridley sang an old R&B song by Otis Redding, titled "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" (1968).

While Ridley literally nailed the performance, it was of indeed a beautiful thing to see other street musicians joining the wonderful cause.
