Morrisette said, his life in Jr. High was full of harassment, insults and even threats. "The entire football team bullied me", Morrisette told Yahoo Parenting.

He thought he was fine until Amundson messaged him, two decades later in order to amend things. Morrisette realized that for the longest time, he has been holding onto something within.
It unlocked something in me I didn’t realize I’d been holding onto
I cried a little bit. It was so moving.
I didn’t realize I had been and still was so hurt by those past experiences until Louie reached out to apologize.
His apology released a lot of pain I had buried.

Amundson realized that he maybe the bigger kid back then but from what had transpired, Morisette is the bigger man.

"I owed him that apology, he did not owe me his forgiveness. The fact that he was able to forgive me showed that I may have been the bigger kid, but he is the bigger man.", said Amundson.

Did you bully someone before? How did you deal with it? Did you make up for it or just let things come full circle? Source: Mashable, Mirror
