4 died in Limousine Crash on Long Island

NY Times, The Suffolk Times -- Four died, while two were seriously injured when a pickup truck rammed into a limousine carrying eight people on the North Fork of Long Island, Saturday news reports say.

The incident was making a U-turn on Route 48 in Cutchogue, N.Y. when the crash happened.

According to the chief of the Southold Police Department, Martin Flatley, the truck driver would charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

The four other victims are now being treated at Stony Brook University Hospital and Eastern Long Island Hospital.

The accident happened 6 p.m., The Suffolk Times reported.
