Araneta Center, Cubao guard putting 'Yes To Mar' sticker on vehicle caught on cam

Araneta Center, Cubao guards were instructed to put "Yes To Mar" stickers on public utility vehicles?

yes to mar stickers on public utility vehicles

Is the move an act of ignorance of the law of the guards, or some payments already went down this early?

Whatever the case maybe, putting on campaign materials at this very moment is plain ridiculous and a violation of the law governing the country's national election.

There is no go signal yet for candidates to distribute or disseminate their campaign materials.

What is even more shocking is that, filing of candidacy for the 2016 elections is still not on. Hence, an official list of the candidates for whatever positions are at stake out there is still non-existent.

In the 1 minute and 17 seconds video uploaded by Mr. Jerry Ocampo on Facebook, a guard in blue uniform can be seen putting on a sticker on a vehicle's rear window.

When the video camera inside the said vehicle was zoomed in on the sticker, the text "Yes To Mar" was seen.

Watch the video below and be the judge:

Ang mga gwardia ng Araneta Center sa Cubao, punupwersa ba ang mga FX na maglagay ng YES TO MAR sticker? Ito ba naaayon sa batas?
