A local news reporter of TV Patrol Cagayan Valley confused two totally different phrases - "Free WiFi" and "WiFi Free" while on a telecast.

Apparently, the news was relatively good for the city of Cauayan and its people, but not for the particular reporter and her scriptwriter.

"Free WiFi" and "WiFi Free" are two contrasting statements, and only few of the people who commented on the post on "LGU - Cauayan City Fan Page" noticed it.

First was Deoffray Calipes, who wrote:
Wifi free? Hindi ba ibig sabihin nun... walang wifi? Headline pa talaga...
And then Kits Pua:
teka "Wifi free"? dba ibigsabhn nun wala nang bahid ng wifi? haha.
Then two others:
Wifi free? O baka free wifi? Kaloka! Ang sugar-free soda ay walang sugar na soda! (Niño Basubas)
"Wifi free?" Anong masaya dun? Hahahaha. (Jei-Jay Siddayao)

Free WiFi for Cauayan City in Isabela, Cagayan Valley region is definitely a good call for its Mayor. It is a social landmark and footprint for the Isabeliños, wherein they can get connected online, and stay in touch with their love ones, specially those working overseas.

Kudos to the Mayor and the city as a whole for coming up with this commendable initiative.
