Perhaps an indirect rebuke to the teen's school and the police officers who handcuffed him for interrogation, which turned out to be a lengthy one, Obama Tweeted on Wednesday, "Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It’s what makes America great."

Mohamed said, he wanted to impress his engineering teacher so he brought a clock he made at home.

"My hobby is to invent stuff.. I made a clock. It was really easy. I wanted to show something small at first... they took it wrong so I was arrested for a hoax bomb.", Mohamed told Dallas Morning News.

The son of Sudanese immigrants from Irving outside Dallas, loves robotics since he was in the middle school. He wanted to find similar thing in high school. Unfortunately, he failed to get the reaction that he wanted. His teacher panicked when the clock's alarm sounded.

The teacher said, the clock looked like a bomb, then confiscated it and called the police to take away Mohamed.

Ahmed must have gotten into a situation where a lot of things had the chance to surface. Basically, stereotyping was indeed in the field, while what he wanted was to impress his mentor in the name of science. Then, looking at how people from across the globe reacted, it was evident that this world definitely rejects racism.

The incident sparked online outrage, which brought up the Twitter hashtag "#IStandWithAhmed". It had been tweeted about half a million since Wednesday afternoon.

Hillary Clinton Tweets for Ahmed

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton also had her take on what happened to Ahmed, she tweeted:
Assumptions and fear don't keep us safe—they hold us back. Ahmed, stay curious and keep building.

Then, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg
You’ve probably seen the story about Ahmed, the 14 year old student in Texas who built a clock and was arrested when he took it to school. Having the skill and ambition to build something cool should lead to applause, not arrest. The future belongs to people like Ahmed. Ahmed, if you ever want to come by Facebook, I'd love to meet you. Keep building.

And Google!

"Hey Ahmed- we’re saving a seat for you at this weekend’s Google Science Fair...want to come? Bring your clock!"

Now, apparently, this is Ahmed as of the latest - photographed with a smile so epic. His clock had a huge impact to the conscious humanity, and most probably, would bring a bright future for him ahead.
